Senior Manager & Territory Lead for Ukraine at AHI. More than 15 years of experience in international business development, particularly in and with Ukraine. Before joining AHI, he worked for nearly 10 years in the economic section of the Norwegian Embassy in Kyiv. His project languages are Ukrainian, Russian, German, and English. Dmytro Pankratov is a German citizen and alternates living in Kyiv and with his family near Hamburg.

Dr. Olga Trofymova has been supporting AHP International since the beginning of 2024 as Executive Consultant and Industry Lead Ukraine. Together with Dmytro Pankratov, our Territory Lead for Ukraine, she forms our on-site representation. Dr. Olga Trofymova leads the Ukrainian automotive cluster and is one of the founders of the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance. She is a certified management consultant (CMC) and president of the Association of Certified Management Consultants of Ukraine. Dr. Olga Trofymova has an excellent network in Ukraine – with a focus on industry and also including railway technology.
